LUKOIL COMPLETES THE SALE OF DIAMOND BUSINESS

​LUKOIL completes the sale of its 100% stake in JSC "ARKHANGELSKGEOLDOBYCHA" to LLC "Otkritie Industrial Investments" (Otkritie Group).

The amount of the transaction totaled $1.45 bln paid in Russian rubles.​
