​Today, the President of LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov and the Acting President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the construction site of the Kandym Gas Processing Plant (GPP). The Parties discussed the construction status of the GPP.

The foundation stone has been laid today in Saratov for the future plant of OOO SNF Vostok (part of SPSM S.A., a holding which owns companies of SNF Group) to produce polymers from acrylonitrile.

An Amendment to the Product Sharing Agreement (PSA) for Kandym group of fields, Khauzak, Shady and Kungrad areas has been signed in the city of Tashkent.

On September 7, ООО LUKOIL-Komi (a wholly-owned subsidiary of PJSC LUKOIL) began supplying associated petroleum gas (APG) from its northern group of fields to PJSC Gazprom’s Sosnogorsky Gas Processing Plant.

Today in Volgograd, Vagit Alekperov, President of OAO "LUKOIL", Arkady Dvorkovich, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, Kirill Molodsov, Deputy Energy Minister of Russia and Andrei Bocharov, Governor of the Volgograd region, took part in the ceremonial launch into operation of the primary oil refining installation (ELOU AVT-1).

Today Vagit Alekperov, OAO LUKOIL President, and Alexey Miller, OAO GAZPROM Chairman of the Board, held a working meeting at the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum. The parties discussed the implementation of the General Agreement on strategic partnership and, in particular, on the purchase of gas produced by LUKOIL.

Vagit Alekperov, OAO LUKOIL President, Mikhail Babich, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District, and Viktor Basargin, Governor of Perm Territory, took part in the ceremonial commissioning of the second production line of a unit, NTKR-2, for low-temperature condensation and fractionation of associated petroleum gas, at OAO LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez, a wholly-owned OAO LUKOIL subsidiary.

OAO LUKOIL President Vagit Alekperov and Bulgaria’s Prime Minister Boyko Borissov attended the ceremonial opening, in Burgas today, of a complex to process heavy residues on the territory of the LUKOIL Neftochim Burgas Refinery. The new facility consists of the main unit to hydrocrack sludge, with an annual capacity of 2.5 million tons, and of a number of auxiliary units.
