Minister of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation Sergey Donskoy, Head of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources Artem Sidorov and First Executive Vice President of LUKOIL Ravil Maganov have signed a tripartite agreement on cooperation.

Vladimir Filanovsky field in the Caspian Sea was launched today by the
President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. The V. Filanovsky field,
discovered by LUKOIL in 2005, is Russia’s largest oil discovery for the past
twenty-five years and the second field commissioned by the Company in the
Russian offshore sector of the Caspian Sea.
LUKOIL has successfully completed reconstruction of the diesel fuel
hydrodearomatization block of the hydrocracker at Perm Refinery, accommodating
it for hydrodewaxing. This modernization will allow the Company to increase
production volumes of EURO 5 winter diesel.
LUKOIL, together with the ministries of emergency
situations of Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Iran, practiced
joint emergency response as part of the Caspian-2016 international exercise held
in Astrakhan. The exercise was attended by Vladimir Stepanov, Russia’s first
deputy minister of emergency situations.
OOO LUKOIL-Komi (a wholly-owned subsidiary of PJSC LUKOIL) commissioned a gas compressor station (GCS) at the Kharyaginskoye field of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
Vagit Alekperov, OAO LUKOIL President, Mikhail Babich, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District, and Viktor Basargin, Governor of Perm Territory, took part in the ceremonial commissioning of the second production line of a unit, NTKR-2, for low-temperature condensation and fractionation of associated petroleum gas, at OAO LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez, a wholly-owned OAO LUKOIL subsidiary.
