LUKOIL AND VOLGOGRAD REGION ANNOUNCE RESULTS OF SOCIAL AND CULTURAL PROJECTS CONTEST

President of LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov and Governor of Volgograd Region Andrey Bocharov have awarded winners of the anniversary 15th contest of social and cultural projects in Volgograd today. This year 584 applications were submitted making this contest the biggest over its entire history. 94 projects were selected to receive financing from LUKOIL's grant fund.  

In particular, grants will be provided to finance training of a group of parents volunteering to take care of disabled orphans, development of a drama club and a puppet theater at local schools, Kadet horse riding club, creation of a multifunctional interactive library and other important projects.  

More than 500 projects were selected as winners over the history of this social and cultural projects contest in the Volgograd Region.
