OAO LUKOIL (the “Company”) was informed that Mr. G. S.Fedotov, a member of the Management Committee of the Company, acquired 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 15 July 2011 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 9,335,000 Russian rubles.
