OAO LUKOIL BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ CHAIRMAN ELECTION
Valery Grayfer, General Director of OAO RITEK, was elected Chairman of the newly elected Board of Directors at the Board of Directors meeting held after the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of OAO LUKOIL.
