LUKOIL GROUP ACQUIRES AN INTEREST IN TGK-8
Pursuant to the decisions of the Board of Directors of OAO LUKOIL of February 11, 2008 and the Management Committee of OAO LUKOIL of February 18, 2008, LUKOIL Group acquired a 29.99% interest in OAO UGK TGK-8. The transaction amount reached RUR 24,607 million.
