Re Closing of ERG Deal
A transaction closing took place in Genoa (Italy) today pursuant to which Italy’s ERG transferred to LUKOIL (the ‘Company’) a 49% stake in the joint venture to operate the ISAB refinery complex located in Priolo (Italy). On the same day LUKOIL paid the amount of EUR 600 million as first installment of the established price.
