Governor of the Yaroslavl Region, signed a five-year agreement on social
and economic cooperation, in Sochi today.
Today, a festive ceremony dedicated to the opening of a unique
sports-and-leisure facility, the Galaktika (Galaxy), constructed with PJSC
LUKOIL’s support, was held in Kogalym. The
Galaktika complex features a world-class aquarium with an acrylic tunnel, the
longest in Russia. It is
sixty-one meter long and is composed of twenty-nine fish tanks.
A festive ceremony dedicated to the opening of a day-care center after
extensive refurbishment was held today in Budennovsk. The Olimpiyskiy is
one of the oldest kindergartens in the region, with spacious facilities
designed to accommodate 285 children. The ceremony was attended by
Vladmir Nekrasov, First Vice President of LUKOIL, and Vladimir
Vladimirov, Governor of the Stavropol Territory.
Vagit Alekperov, OAO LUKOIL President, jointly with Vladimir Ustinov, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Southern Federal Okrug, and Alexander Zhilkin, Governor of the Astrakhan Region, visited the ASPO Shipbuilding Yard, where the assembly is underway of a drilling complex for the ice-resistant stationary platform (IRP-1) located at V.Filanovsky field.
Vagit Alekperov, OAO LUKOIL President, and Natalya Komarova, Governor of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug (district), signed a supplement agreement to the cooperation agreement between the oil company and the KhMAO-Yugra government, in Kogalym today.
