An Amendment to the Product Sharing Agreement (PSA) for Kandym group of fields, Khauzak, Shady and Kungrad areas has been signed in the city of Tashkent.
In accordance with Directive of the Russian Federation Government OOO “LUKOIL-Kaliningradmorneft” (a 100% subsidiary of PJSC “LUKOIL”) was granted the right to use a subsoil block of federal significance which includes D29 and D41oil fields located in the Baltic Sea for the purpose of hydrocarbon exploration and production.
VOSTOK NAO, a joint venture of LUKOIL (50%) and Bashneft (50%), has begun drilling exploration well No.1 on the Yuzhno-Visovaya prospect in Severo-Yareyyaginsky block located in the Nenets Autonomous District. The target depth of the well is 4,000 meters.
PJSC LUKOIL has begun the first stage of exploration activities at the Vostochno-Taimyrsky license block in the Krasnoyarsk region ahead of time. This stage of exploration includes 2D seismic acquisition of 2,421 line kilometers and drilling of an exploration well.

PJSC LUKOIL has been awarded the rights to develop the Vostochno-Taimyrsky block, which is located in the Taimyr Dolgano-Nenets district of the Krasnoyarsk region. OOO LUKOIL-West Siberia, a fully-owned subsidiary of PJSC LUKOIL, will operate the block.
Under the second stage of the Production Sharing Agreement of the Shah Deniz Project in Azerbaijan, LUKOIL Overseas Shah Deniz Ltd. (a fully-owned PJSC LUKOIL subsidiary) has signed in Baku a 12 year credit-facility agreement with a consortium of banks to borrow USD 1 billion.
