PRESIDENT OF LUKOIL MEETS WITH FEDERAL CHANCELLOR OF AUSTRIA

Federal Chancellor Christian Kern Friday in Vienna received President of LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov. The parties discussed the development of the Company's business for production and distribution of high-quality lubricants as well as investment cooperation.

LUKOIL owns a motor and industrial oil blending plant in Austria with total capacity of up to 80,000 tons of lubricants per year. The facility has obtained the highest category of certification, VDA 6.3, from the German Association of the Automotive Industry which allowed it to become one of the top five European suppliers of lubricants for German car manufacturers. In 2016 LUKOIL completed construction of a bulk lubricant storage and transfer terminal in Vienna which includes a tank farm and a mooring facility enabling tanker supplies of base oils​.​​

​​​LUKOIL Group and Daimler AG expand their partnership in LUKOIL lubricants first fill supplies for engines of the brand's premium passenger cars in Europe and Eastern Asia.​ The product range will broaden with low viscosity LUKOIL GENESIS engine oil specifically developed by LLK-International for modern gasoline and diesel engines of the automotive producer.

20/09/2019 - LUKOIL OPENS LUBRICANTS PLANT IN KAZAKHSTAN

​LUKOIL have opened a new lubricants plant in the Almaty region with an annual output of 100,000 tons. The plant will produce more than 800 different lubricants. Location of the facility makes it possible to optimize the logistics supplies in Kaz​akhstan and other countries of Central Asia.
