VAGIT ALEKPEROV RECEIVES THE ORDER OF ST. SERGIUS OF RADONEZH, FIRST CLASS

His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia met with LUKOIL President Vagit Alekperov today at the patriarchal and synodal residence in the Svyato-Danilov Monastery.

The Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church awarded Vagit Alekperov with the Order of St. Sergius of Radonezh (first class) for his support of the Russian Orthodox Church and on the occasion of his 70th birthday.

President of LUKOIL thanked His Holiness for this prestigious ecclesial award.
