LUKOIL PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT IS RECOGNIZED THE BEST PERSONNEL SERVICE IN RUSSIA

The personnel department of OAO “LUKOIL” won the first all-Russia competition, “The best personnel department of Russia – 2005”.
The competition was held by “Global Experience and Economy of Russia” International Forum, American International Academy of economics and finances with accompanying consultative support provided by specialists from committees of the Council of Federation and State Duma of Russian Federation, relative departments of the Federal Service for labour and employment, Government of Moscow and Academy of labour and social relations.
The Competition Council addressed to the LUKOIL management saying that “the honorable award to your personnel department will contribute to rising its role in the development of the whole structure of the personnel management and increase attention to the issues of improvement of the social provision of the personnel, in that way giving the required dynamics to the further development of the Company in the new conditions”.
