LUKOIL BECOMES A PRIORITY MOTOR OIL SUPPLIER IN RUSSIA

Lube plants of PJSC “LUKOIL” in Vienna, Perm and Volgograd have successfully completed the certification process for ISO/TS 16949:2009 international car industry standard.

LUKOIL is now the only lube producer in Russia and CIS, complying with international requirements of car manufacturers to motor oils producers, qualifying for alternative lube suppliers. The fact that LUKOIL operates more than one plant guarantees continuous supplies and is seen by car manufactures as an important advantage when selecting a producer of first filling oil.

Earlier in 2015, LUKOIL certified LUKOIL Lubricants Austria, its lube plant in Vienna, as complying with VDA 6.3 standard of the German Association of the Automotive Industry. This allowed the company in the ranks of priority suppliers for the German car industry.

PJSC "LUKOIL" today held its Annual General Shareholders Meeting in Moscow in the form of absentee voting where the 2022 Annual Report of the Company and the financial statements were approved, as well as decision on distribution of profit for 2022 was made.​

04/05/2023 - LUKOIL COMPLETES SALE OF ISAB REFINERY IN ITALY

PJSC LUKOIL announces that LITASCO S.A., 100% subsidiary of LUKOIL, and G.O.I. ENERGY S.r.l. completed sale of ISAB S.r.l. to G.O.I. ENERGY after fulfillment of certain conditions precedent including receipt of necessary approvals from the Italian authorities.

09/11/2022 - LUKOIL COMMISSIONS PETROLEUM RESIDUE RECYCLING FACILITY AT ITS NIZHNY NOVGOROD REFINERY

PJSC LUKOIL finished construction of a Petroleum Residue Recycling Facility with production capacity of 2.1 million tonnes per year at its LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez LLC refinery (a wholly owned subsidiary of PJSC LUKOIL).
