AMENDMENTS TO NOTES DOCUMENTS

Friday, October 14, 2022

PJSC "LUKOIL" (hereinafter, the Company) announces successful completion of the consent solicitation process earmarked to amend the documents of five issuances of its Notes. In particular, the holders of the Notes voted in favor of the following amendments to the documents of the Notes:

Removal of original Trustee and appointment of new Trustee (i2 Capital Trust Corporation Ltd);
Introduction of the alternative payment mechanics for the Notes;
Simplified procedure for cancellation of the Notes purchased by the Company.
