OAO LUKOIL (the “Company”) was informed that Mr. Vagit Yu. Alekperov, President and member of the Board of Directors of the Company, acquired 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 24 June 2013 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 55,141,500 Russian rubles.
