OAO LUKOIL (the “Company”) was informed that Mr. Vagit Yu. Alekperov, President and member of the Board of Directors of the Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 15 January 2013 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 100,845,000 Russian rubles.
