LUKOIL plans to pay interim dividends
OAO LUKOIL President Vagit Alekperov will do a presentation in London on 16 October 2012 dealing with the 10th Anniversary of the company’s London Stock Exchange listing. One of the points in the presentation will be as follows:
In order to increase the investment appeal of its shares LUKOIL is planning to begin paying interim dividends later this year. In November, the Board of Directors will look into the possibility of payment to share-holders of interim dividends in the amount of approximately 40 rubles per share based on U.S. GAAP six-month consolidated financial results.
