OAO LUKOIL (the “Company”) was informed that Mr. Vagit Yu. Alekperov, President and member of the Board of Directors of the Company, acquired 85,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 29 November 2012 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 162,095,000 Russian rubles.
