OAO LUKOIL (the “Company”) was informed that Mr. S. A. Mikhailov, a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, acquired 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 6 July 2009 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 237,750,000 Russian rubles.
