PJSC LUKOIL (the “Company”) has received notification that Mr. L. A. Fedun, member of the Board of Directors and Vice President of the Company, acquired 102 ordinary shares in the Company on 1 February 2016 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 258,060 Russian rubles.
