LUKOIL AND AMIC ENERGY MANAGEMENT CLOSE SALE OF RETAIL NETWORK IN UKRAINE
Today, LUKOIL Europe Holdings BV, a subsidiary of OAO “LUKOIL”, and AMIC Energy Management GmbH, Austria, have closed the sale of 100% of LUKOIL-Ukraine CFI which owns around 240 filling stations and 6 petroleum tank farms in Ukraine, as agreed earlier in summer 2014.
The completion of the deal became possible after the Antitrust Committee of Ukraine had issued a relevant permit. According to the sales and purchase agreement, LUKOIL-Ukraine CFI will be renamed as AMIC-Ukraine CFI.
