OAO LUKOIL (the “Company”) has received notification that Mr. L. A. Fedun, member of the Board of Directors and Vice President of the Company, acquired 11,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 20 February 2015 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 33,165,770 Russian rubles.
