PJSC LUKOIL (the “Company”) has received notification that Mr. V. N. Vorobyev, Vice President and member of the Management Committee of the Company, acquired 6,123 ordinary shares in the Company on 22 September 2015 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 13,995,953.40 Russian rubles.
