Change of Name to PJSC "LUKOIL"
OAO "LUKOIL" CHANGES NAME TO PJSC "LUKOIL"
OAO "LUKOIL" (hereinafter also the 'Company') was notified on 8 July 2015 of the state registration of the Amendments and Addenda to the Charter of the Open Joint Stock Company "Oil company "LUKOIL" approved by the Annual General Shareholders Meeting on 25 June 2015. As a result, the Company's official name changed to Public Joint Stock Company "Oil company "LUKOIL" (or PJSC "LUKOIL" for an abbreviated name).
The change of the Company official name occurred in compliance with Russia's legal requirements as regards corporate names.
The new name is effective from the date the Amendments and Addenda to the Charter were registered, i.e. from 6 July 2015.
The Amendments and Addenda to the Company Charter have been submitted to the UK National Storage Mechanism and are available for viewing at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and at the LUKOIL website at http://www.lukoil.com/static_6_5id_2108_.html.
