Re Agreement with Sberbank
REVOLVING CREDIT LINE OPENED ON LUKOIL
OAO LUKOIL (the Company) signed an agreement today with OAO Sberbank of Russia (the Bank) to open a committed revolving credit line. The 90-billion-ruble loan facility has a maturity period till April 30, 2018.
The new agreement supersedes an earlier one concluded between the Bank and LUKOIL Investments Cyprus Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company, on granting a USD-1-billion committed credit facility. That agreement has expired.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
