LUKOIL’S PRESIDENT AND IRAN’S OIL MINISTER DISCUSS COOPERATION OPPORTUNITIES

As a member of  the delegation of the Islamic Republic of Iran, headed by the President of the country Hassan Rouhani, who paid an official visit to Moscow, March, 27-28, Minister of Oil of Iran Bijan Namdar Zangeneh held a meeting with the President of LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov.

The parties discussed potential involvement of the company in projects in Iran and other important issues, related to the development of global oil market.

"We are interested to develop business in Iran and are now investigating several potential projects. We hope that passing the Oil Law will encourage investment inflow into the oil sector", – Vagit Alekperov noted following the meeting.

President of LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov and the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov participated in the official launch of new facilities at Gissar cluster of fields in Uzbekistan, today.

22/08/2017 - LUKOIL LAUNCHES MAIN PRODUCTION FACILITIES AT GISSAR, UZBEKISTAN

LUKOIL has reached a progress milestone at its South-West Gissar project in Uzbekistan as it successfully launched the main production and process facilities there. Gas production at the Gissar fields cluster reached planned production level of 14 million cubic meters a day, or 5 billion cubic meters per year.

12/04/2017 - LUKOIL COMPLETES 3D SEISMIC ACQUISITION AT WEST QURNA-2

LUKOIL has completed a field 3D seismic survey at West Qurna-2 field in Iraq. The Company has fulfilled all of its contractual obligations to the Ministry of Oil of Iraq.
