In accordance with DTR 5.5, OAO LUKOIL (the ”Company”) announces that, as a result of an acquisition of ADRs, the percentage of voting rights attributable to its shares it now holds through its affiliated companies is equal to 11.25%. This change resulted from the conversion of notes relating to 17,500,000 ADRs (each representing one ordinary share of the Company) which were held by LUKOIL Finance Ltd., a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of the Company.
