NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS,
PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OR CONNECTED PERSONS
OAO LUKOIL (the “Company”) was informed that Mr. Vagit Yu. Alekperov, President and a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, acquired 57,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 18 January 2012 and 35,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 19 January 2012 in Moscow. The volumes of the transactions were 102,555,597 Russian rubles and 62,972,735 Russian rubles respectively.
