OAO LUKOIL (the “Company”) was informed that Mr. V. N. Vorobiev, Vice President and member of the Management Committee of the Company, acquired 1,600 ordinary shares in the Company on 14 February 2012 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 2,981,600 Russian rubles.
