Re New Share Registrar
On Appointment of a New Share Registrar of PJSC "LUKOIL"
PJSC "LUKOIL" (also the 'Company') notifies its shareholders that pursuant to a decision of the Board of Directors of PJSC "LUKOIL" of 13 January 2016 On termination of the agreement with the registrar of PJSC "LUKOIL", on appointment of a new registrar and approval of the terms and conditions of the agreement with the new registrar, the Company has appointed a new registrar, OOO "Registrator "Garant", that will serve as a registrar for the Company's ordinary shares (RU0009024277) in Russia.
JSC "Independent Registration Company" will continue as registrar until close of business on 20 February 2016. OOO "Registrator "Garant" shall keep the Company's register of shareholders beginning 24 February 2016, the next working day in Moscow.
