PJSC LUKOIL (the “Company”) has received notification that Mr. A. A. Moskalenko, Vice President and member of the Management Committee of the Company, acquired 7,310 ordinary shares in the Company on 2 October 2015 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 16,165,799 Russian rubles.
