Sverdlovsk Region

PJSC LUKOIL has been operating in the Sverdlovsk Region since 2002. Its main operating activity in the Region is petroleum product marketing. In 2003, as a result of corporate restructuring, LUKOIL-Permnefteprodukt LLC. became the Company's core entity in the region.

Currently, LUKOIL offers consumers a full range of services in petroleum product marketing and provides high quality petroleum products to the Region.

The Company is committed to supporting cultural life in the Sverdlovsk Region. Since 2009, financial assistance has been provided to the Sverdlovsk Academic Philharmonic Hall as part of the Agreement between the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region and PJSC LUKOIL and the Company's in-house charity program to organize concerts and support young talents.

Since 2011, the Company has been running the annual "Warmth of Our Hands" social campaign. As part of the campaign, a fair is held where one can buy various items hand-made by the Company's employees. The proceeds from the fair goe to support the Yekaterinburg Veterans' Board and Care facility, as well as other institution for the elderly and WWII veterans in the regions the company is present in.

Since 2013, the Company has been the title sponsor of the traditional E-SEN OPEN AIR electronic music festival held to coincide with Yekaterinburg City Day. The festival is a dance marathon featuring some of the leading European DJs and accompanied by an amazing light show and performances of the best dancers of Yekaterinburg. Every year the festival brings together over 5,000 participants.

In 2013, the first LUKOIL's children's mini-gas station was opened by the Company in the Mayakovsky Central Public Park in Yekaterinburg. This amusement ride with ten small electric cars is an exact replica of a regular LUKOIL gas station. The ride is equipped with traffic lights, road signs and street crossings. The main goal of the project is to help children grow into careful and polite drivers who respect traffic rules.

In 2014, LUKOIL together with LICARD LLC held the "One Touch Kindness" charity campaign as part of the international "Stand Up To Cancer" movement. The idea behind the campaign was that when a customer used the MasterCard PayPass technology for a transaction in Russia's outlets, MasterCard transferred one ruble of its own funds to support the "Stand Up To Cancer" initiative.

In June 2014, the Company became one of the official sponsors and organizers of the "Along the Ridge" bike/rock rally. It was a six-day tour of a bikers group (around 100 people) along the 1,000-km "Semiprecious Ring of the Urals" tourist trail in Sverdlovsk Region. When the group stopped in bigger cities, the bikers ran the "Good Deeds" campaign repairing roads, cleaning parks, planting new trees, equipping a music recording studio in a school, giving gifts to children.

In addition to that, 3-to-4-hour electronic music concerts were organized in cities along the trail, featuring live performances of popular artists.

In June 2015, LUKOIL became the title sponsor of one of the biggest summer music events in Yekaterinburg – the "Ural Music Night" festival. This LUKOIL-branded event brought together at 40 sites more than 30,000 professionals and connoisseurs of classic art, jazz and blues, electronic and pop music, rock and guitar poetry, brass and choral music, country music and hip hop, ethnic music, etc.

For a number of years, LUKOIL has been the title sponsor of the "Old New Rock on the Wave" festival in the Sverdlovsk Region. It is one of the largest festivals in the country and a hallmark event for the Urals.

Every year LUKOIL takes an active part in the implementation of the Program to develop mass voluntary blood donations initiated by the Russian Ministry of Healthcare and Social Development and the Federal Medical and Biological Agency (FMBA) in the Sverdlovsk Region. The Company's employees regularly participate in this blood donation campaign, viewed as a form of corporate volunteering and showing social responsibility.

LUKOIL has cooperated on an annual basis with 39 driving schools by providing them with driver's guidebooks that are distributed among students and educational presentations/videos for lectures.

In May 2015, to mark the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, a motor rally was organized by the Voluntary Society for Assisting the Army, Air Force and Navy (DOSAAF) through six cities in the Sverdlovsk Region in vehicles displaying the LUKOIL logos. Thirty four cars ran through six cities of the Sverdlovsk Region sporting "Fueled at LUKOIL" stickers as well as Victory Day decorations.
