Among the most significant social projects of the Company is its patronage of the "Brest Hero Fortress" memorial complex. The Comapny has been providing financial support to this one-of-a-kind and most crucial WWII memorial from virtually the day of its establishment in 1992. LUKOIL's corporate assistance enabled the completion of thorough repairs of many of its monuments and sculptural compositions, refurbishment of the fortress buildings that withstood the war, as well as landscaping of the memorial territory. Search and recovery efforts covered 25 Memorial sites.

Another institution traditionally sponsored by the Company is Orphanage No.1 for children with organic central nervous system and mind impairments in Minsk. The project was launched in 1994, and the Company's patronage of the Orphanage goes way beyond financial aid. Every year the Company's employees purchase clothes, bedding, toys and New Year presents at their own expense.

In 2014, the Company provided funding for a major national healthcare project i.e. the Center for Assisted Reproductive Technology and In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). The center opened its doors in April 2014. The money allocated by the Company was used to purchase and install high-tech medical equipment.

Concerning culture and arts, the Company has been continuously sponsoring the country's largest music festivals i.e. Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk, Dnieper Voices in Dubrovno, and the annual series of concerts by the leading Russian mastroes Vladimir Spivakov and Denis Matsuev. For its active and long-time support of culture and arts, the Belarusian Ministry of Culture bestowed on the Company the title "Patron of Arts and Culture of Belarus".
