LUKOIL in the Kingdom of the Netherlands

PJSC LUKOIL has been successfully operating in the Kingdom of the Netherlands, home to one of the world's largest oil and petroleum product trading hub — the Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Antwerp region.

Today, the Company is one of the leading suppliers of oil and petroleum products to this region. Since April 2005, PJSC LUKOIL's international trading company LITASKO has been operating the STR terminal in the port of Rotterdam.

In September 2009, PJSC LUKOIL acquired a 45 percent stake in the TRN (Total Raffinaderij Nederland) oil refinery in Vlissingen in the southwestern Netherlands. On October 1, 2011, the TRN refinery was renamed Zeeland Refinery, after the province it is located in and where most of its employees live. This acquisition was very important as it enabled the vertical integration of Company's business and helped make deliveries more secure.

Since 2012, PJSC LUKOIL has been also developing its operations in the Dutch retail market and expanding its network of gas stations. LUKOIL's gas stations are located in the economically booming regions between Rotterdam and Tiel, along the historical commercial routes leading from the port of Rotterdam to Western and Eastern Europe, as well as in the vicinity of Eindhoven in central Netherlands and in the Limbugr province in the country's south-east.

In 2010 and 2013, PJSC LUKOIL won the prestigious RusPrix award for its contribution to the development of business ties between Russia and the Netherlands.

The Company provides regular support to local charitable, cultural and other socially-oriented initiatives.
