PRESS SERVICE STATEMENT

LUKOIL Press Service reports creation of the Directorate for Power Generation in the Company's central office. The new directorate will assume responsibilities for development of future-oriented power generation projects (including renewable energy projects), coordination and modernization of LUKOIL's existing power generation infrastructure.

The directorate will be led by Vasily Zubakin, formerly head of the Coordination of Power Supply and Operating Activities Department. LUKOIL First Executive Vice President Vadim Vorobyev will personally oversee work of the new directorate, since Denis Dolgov, Vice President for Power Generation, resigned from the Company on March 2, 2021.

A commemorative capsule to mark the beginning of the construction of a solar power plant was laid today in the Almaty region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.​

20/09/2021 - LUKOIL APPROVES TECHNICAL POLICY ON ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND REDUCTION OF GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS

 LUKOIL adopted a revised technical policy on energy efficiency and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. In compliance with the requirements of climate legislation, the policy will be applied at the Company's enterprises in Russia.​

12/09/2017 - LUKOIL’S ENERGY WORKERS WIN ALL-RUSSIA PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENCE CONTEST

Employees of LUKOIL-Group's power generating companies won several awards in various nominations of the 2017 All-Russia Professional Excellence Contest of heat and power plants operations personnel. The event, supported by the Russian Ministry of Energy, was held at facilities of the Corporate Energy University in Moscow.​
