LUKOIL COMPLETES DIVIDEND PAYMENT BASED ON 2014 FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE

By virtue of the decision made at the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of ОАО LUKOIL of 25 June 2015, the company has fulfilled its dividend-payment obligations based on the 2014 financial performance.

The funds were transferred to the nominee shareholders, custodians, who are professional participants of the capital market, and other persons registered in LUKOIL’s shareholder register as of 14 July 2015, which is the list-compilation date for the persons entitled to receive dividends according to the RF legislation.

PJSC "LUKOIL" today held its Annual General Shareholders Meeting in Moscow in the form of absentee voting where the 2022 Annual Report of the Company and the financial statements were approved, as well as decision on distribution of profit for 2022 was made.​

At today's meeting the Board of Directors of PJSC "LUKOIL" resolved that the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of PJSC "LUKOIL" would be held on June 21, 2022 in the form of absentee voting, and the repeat Annual General Shareholders Meeting would be held on June 23, 2022. ​
