The LUKOIL Press Service warns all concerned of false comm​ercial offers and invoices to purchase crude distributed on behalf of members of LUKOIL’s Board of Directors and Corporate Secretary. The letters illegally bear the company’s trademarks and brand identity.

Please use caution when communicating with unknown parties and double-check the information received against the LUKOIL official web sites (www.lukoil.ru and www.lukoil.com) and the official web sites of LUKOIL Group companies.

The company bears no responsibility for any unfavorable ef​fect that may result from accepting such false commercial offers.

All LUKOIL filling stations that feature a convenience store now provide a Cash with Your Purchase service, which allows clients to withdraw cash right at the checkout without use of an ATM or any fees charged. ​To withdraw cash, a client needs simply to tell the station operator the necessary sum before checking out their purchases.

The LUKOIL press service warns customers of LUKOIL filling stations and loyalty card holders of fraudulent activities. The customers receive emails or SMS containing an offer to take advantage from a substantial discount on fuel. Such false information is also distributed by certain websites.

02/06/2020 - LUKOIL PLANT IN KAZAKHSTAN STARTS TO DELIVER LUBRICANTS TO CHINA

LUKOIL's Lubricants Plant in Kazakhstan shipped the first batch of industrial and motor oils for passenger and commercial vehicles to China. Favorable location of the plant near the Western Europe​ – Western China highway allows prompt deliveries of LUKOIL oils to China and Central Asian countries.
