Ukhta and Odessa refineries, Saratovorgsintez, Stavrolen, and Bugras refinery (Bulgaria) acquired
LUKOIL acquires controlling interests in Odessa refinery (Ukraine), Stavropolpolymer OJSC (currently Stavrolen LLC), major shareholding in Ukhta refinery, Saratovorgsintez petrochemical plant, and becomes the key shareholder of the Bulgarian Neftokhim petrochemical enterprise in Burgas.
