PJSC LUKOIL has been operating in Voronezh Region since 1996. Supply of petroleum products is the key activity of the Company in the region. Currently 30 retail fueling complexes operate in the region including 9 in the city of Voronezh.
OOO LUKOIL-Chernozemyenefteprodukt was established on July 1, 2013 under the auspices of the administrative head office in Voronezh. In addition to Voronezh Region, there are 9 other subjects of the Russian Federation the entity is responsible for: Belgorod, Kursk, Tambov, Lipetsk, Tula, Kaluga, Bryansk, Ryazan and Orel Regions.
At the 720th km of M-4 “Don” federal highway, in Verkhnemamonsky District of Voronezh Region, a festive ceremony was held. It was dedicated to the commissioning of two unique LUKOIL-branded filling complexes in the vicinity of the historical, cultural and recreational complex “Osetrovsky Bridgehead” by the state order. These complexes presented a new service rendering format that ensures comfort for drivers, who will be able to fill their gas tanks both when driving southwards and northwards. Accessibility for disabled people has also been foreseen. The major focus is on the comfort and convenience of the customers.
A festive ceremony dedicated to the opening of filling station No. 355 in Tula was held. The new filling station is worth mentioning due to the fact that it is officially referred to as “Youthful”, since the age of its personnel is under 31. Traineeship of “newcomers” is organized at this filling station.
A mobile lab started to operate (in line with the approved schedule) ensuring fuel quality control of the Company’s filling stations and fueling complexes; the mobile lab also participates in the marketing campaigns to exercise fuel quality control at any filling station of any oil company.
A ceremony took place. It was dedicated to the execution of the Cooperation Agreement between the Government of Voronezh Region and the public joint-stock company LUKOIL Oil Company.
A motor rally and later a car exhibition among the announced participants took place.
According to the "HSE Management Policy of PJSC LUKOIL in the 21st Century," the Company's activities are aimed at preservation of a favorable environment, health care and safety of its personnel and the local residents.

From the very beginning of its operations in the Voronezh Region the Company takes an active part in social and charity projects.
The Company makes use of every opportunity to provide charity support to private individuals, physically challenged people, hospitals, schools, kindergartens, sports organizations, provides financial support to religious institutions and other socially significant organizations. As the Company develops, it intends to adhere to the established practice of providing sponsorship and charity support, and to help implement social projects to the best of its ability.
Every year the Young Specialists' Council congratulates the Great Patriotic War veterans on the Victory Day and gives gifts to the people whom we owe our country's freedom.
Currently, as part of the Cooperation Agreement between the Voronezh Region Government and PJSC
LUKOIL, a kindergarten for 140 kids with a swimming pool is being erected in the town of Borisoglebsk.
In 2014 the Company purchased outfits for students of the Bobrovskaya "Vyacheslav Fetisov Ice Palace" Youth Sports School, municipal budgetary educational institution of further education.
In 2014 the Company helped set up skating rinks for the children of the "Ice-Hockey Club Buran" non-commercial partnership.
In 2014 LUKOIL helped Novousmanskaya Youth Sports School and LLC Olympic football club purchase outfits and equipment and organize training camps and competitions.
December 2014 — together with the LUKOIL Charity Fund new year gifts were given to the students of the Semilukskaya boarding-school as part of a grand ceremony.
On September 28, 2015, in the Alye Parusa (Red Sails) Park, Voronezh, the Company participated in the charitable campaign titled "Cheburashka's Birthday" for children in trouble. As part of the campaign, children could try their hand at different professions. The Company's employees helped the kids to master the job of a filling station operator.
April 11 and 18, 2015 — participation in the city events to beautify our hometowns. In particular, there was a clean-up day and a tree-planting event at the Chizhovsky Bridghead memorial site in the city of Voronezh, as well as the all-city clean-up day in the Dynamo park of Voronezh.
December 2015 — together with the LUKOIL Charity Fund new year gifts were given to the students of the Semilukskaya boarding-school and Mirovsky Orphanage as part of a grand ceremony.
