In accordance with paragraph 7.2 of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), PJSC LUKOIL as a foreign company with a standard listing on the London Stock Exchange since 2010 reporting year has been obligated to prepare a Corporate Governance Statement. For the years from 2010 to 2015 these statements were prepared as separate reports, and they can be viewed on this page.
Starting from the 2016 reporting year the information that should be included in the Corporate Governance Statement is presented in the Corporate Governance section of the Annual Report of PJSC LUKOIL.
