THE PHOENIX AWARD IS BESTOWED ON LUKOIL’S PRESIDENT AND CEO AS PART OF THE FOURTH ST. PETERSBURG INTERNATIONAL CULTURAL FORUM

The Phoenix Award was bestowed today on Vagit Alekperov, PJSC LUKOIL’s President, as part of the Fourth St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum. The award was bestowed by Vladimir Medinsky, RF Minister of Culture.
Mr. Alekperov was awarded for his contribution to the preservation of architectural monuments and their adjustment to the modern realia. To be more specific, the award was bestowed for the contribution to the restoration of the Zinoviev-Yusupov Chambers and establishment of a specialized numismatics museum, whose exposition is composed of LUKOIL President’s private collections.
