Alexander Trembitsky, Chairman of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia (Rostechnadzor), and Vagit Alekperov, President of LUKOIL, met today at Rostechnadzor's headquarters and signed a framework Cooperation Agreement.
