(Re) start van het customer excellence programma bij LUKOIL Belgium. Na Covid moet het bestaande customer excellence programma terug worden gereactiveerd in de field. Dit programma omvat de volgende elementen:  - A recurrent measurement of the customer service in the field;  - Coaching/feedback (on the floor) of the operators based upon the measurements;  - Training of bad performers and training for District Managers;  - Follow up (communication) program in order to keep the CX spirit alive. Geïnteresseerden moeten voor 27/3 een afspraak met mij maken om de LUKOIL presentatie te krijgen van wat er in het verleden reeds is gebeurd en van wat onze verwachtingen naar de toekomst zijn. Op basis hiervan moeten ze hun voorstel opmaken dat ten laatste tegen 7/4 binnen moet zijn.
