LUKOIL has
started construction of additional premises to expand its headquarters in
Moscow.
The
property will be located at a site with an area of 7,300 square
meters, between Kostyansky and Ulansky lanes in the
immediate vicinity of the current LUKOIL corporate headquarters on Sretensky
Boulevard.
The total
area of the new buildings will exceed 44,800 square meters.
They will have a sophisticated form with alternating number of floors (4, 6, 8,
10 and 12 floors) which will form a new complex of two buildings linked to each
other and the existing building complex by a passage at the level of the second
floor. The new complex will include an underground parking for 225
cars.
The
construction design for the new building complex was created by the State
Unitary Enterprise Information and Technology Centre of
Moskomarkhitektura.
AO NORDEO
is acting as the general contractor of construction work on this project.
The
construction is scheduled to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2011.
The
new premises will house a number of LUKOIL subdivisions that are currently
located within different districts of Moscow, which will also result in a
considerable reduction of rental costs.
