OAO LUKOIL (the "Company") has received notification that on 24 July 2013 the person connected with Mr V. Yu. Alekperov, President and member of the Board of Directors of the Company, acquired 1 050,000 ordinary shares of the Company in Cyprus for a total consideration of USD 65,446,500.
