OAO LUKOIL (the "Company") has received notification that on 24 July 2013 the person connected with Mr L. A. Fedun, member of the Board of Directors and Vice President of the Company, acquired 950,000 ordinary shares of the Company in Cyprus for a total consideration of USD 59,156,500.
