OAO LUKOIL (the “Company”) has received notification that Mr. E. L. Khavkin, Vice President and member of the Management Committee of the Company, acquired 26,129 ordinary shares in the Company on 24 January 2013 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 51,966,923 Russian rubles.
