OAO LUKOIL (the “Company”) was informed that Mr. S. A. Mikhailov, a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, disposed of 25,605 ordinary shares in the Company on 10 February 2010 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 49,404,591 Russian rubles.
