Re loans from Sberbank
OAO LUKOIL (the ‘Company’) raised a USD 500 million loan facility and a RUR 17 billion loan facility (the ‘Facilities’) on February 27, 2009.
The Facilities were extended by Sberbank (Savings Bank of the Russian Federation) for 1 year.
The proceeds under the Facilities will be used to increase working capital of the Company.
